I purchased these shoes about 6 years ago at either Isetan or Marui in Shinjuku. It was quite a while ago, so I don't remember which one. I wasn't sure how to care for suede shoes, so I kept them stored away without wearing them much. To prevent them from losing their shape, I would regularly replace the newspaper stuffed inside them when cleaning the shoe box. I think I've worn them a total of about 20-30 times. I don't really remember wearing these shoes outside. They've been sitting at the back of the shoe box, so I definitely haven't worn them since the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. There is no odor. There are no smokers in my family, so there is no smell of tobacco either. However, as you can see in the images, there are some stains in places. I thought about cleaning them before listing them, but I didn't want to damage them by handling them incorrectly, so I'm selling them as is. The plastic tips of the shoelaces are a little sticky, but this is not dirt; it's likely due to hydrolysis reacting with moisture. Sometimes clothes with drawcords get sticky after being stored for a long time, and I think it's the same principle. This can be removed by dabbing it with tape or using an eraser. I want to have a smooth transaction without any problems, so I want to be upfront about the condition of the product.
