I purchased this about 10 years ago in San Francisco, USA. It's a black, cropped Adidas hoodie with the three-stripe design. It has an embroidered logo on the chest, a cropped length, and a hood. Regarding the size, the J (Japan?) size is marked as M, so I've categorized it as M, but the US size is XS. If you are concerned, please check the Adidas sizing before purchasing.
