This is a mechanical pencil made from a 500-year-old sacred giant zelkova tree that was heavily pruned on October 24th of last year. The tree is still the guardian deity of the village. The wood used for the pen is from a large branch that was struck by lightning over 50 years ago and was heavily pruned. Due to the influence of the giant tree and the lightning, the color is completely different from ordinary zelkova wood, and it is darker. The craftsman climbed the tree and risked his life to cut the large branch with a chainsaw, so unlike felling, the tree is still alive. This is a miraculous zelkova pen created by the tree, lightning, and the craftsman's skill. It has only been used for a test write and has been stored in a collection case.
