I purchased these items at a used bookstore some time ago. "Ludwig: Twilight of the Gods" is a revival edition. "The Postman Always Rings Twice" is in good condition. These are long-term storage items, so there is some aging, but there are no problems with reading them. Please consider these points before purchasing.
