I've been using this on and off for about six months. I've confirmed that it works. Sound comes out properly, but since it was kept in a room, there are a few noticeable stains and small stains overall. I couldn't capture all of them in the photos, so please consider that there are stains like those in images 3, 4, and 5 throughout. One end is L-shaped, making it easy to use. When packing, I rewound the cable a little looser than in image 1 to prevent it from deteriorating.
