The handle has a crack and has been reinforced with tape, but it doesn't affect use. Functionality has been confirmed. I haven't had the opportunity to use the oven or steaming functions, only the warming function. The included baking sheet is unused. I'm selling this so someone who uses the multi-function cooking features can enjoy it. It's in good condition because it hasn't been used much. It's currently stored in a box in the closet and hasn't been used. Includes instruction manual and recipe book.
