It appears to be from 1999. I think I used it about 3 or 4 times, but it has fine scratches on the surface because it was stored after being taken out of the box. There is one visible scratch. See photo 3. A bell-like object could be attached to the stem of the glass, but it has been lost, so everything in the photo is all that's included.
