Used hi-hat stand. It functions perfectly except for the absence of the sponge that cushions the bottom cymbal. (The sponge should cost around 300 yen.) There's some minor rust spots, but they should come off with polishing. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about the condition, as this is a used item.
