Power on and software loading confirmed. I bought this about six months ago at WonderREX to play Monster Hunter, but I stopped playing, so I'm selling it. As a used item, it doesn't have the loud noises that often occur when the disc spins, so I think you can play comfortably. Please check the photos for the serial number, as it was scratched from the time of purchase. All buttons and sticks function without any issues.
