This is a new, unopened "ROBOT Spirits ＜SIDE MS＞ AGX-04 Gerbera Tetra ver. A.N.I.M.E." figure, released in July 2021. It is definitely a package-sealed, unopened item that I purchased myself from Amazon. It was not purchased through secondary distribution channels such as Mercari or used shops. As it is an unopened item, please contact the manufacturer for initial product defects.
