The foot ring is cracked, but there is glaze attached to a part of it, so it may be from the time of creation. The inside is plain. There are plant patterns on the outside. The foot ring is 1/3 of the height, so the era may be from the early Imari period or the early Kurawanka period, but I am not sure. There appears to be a fingerprint inside the foot ring. This item is warped, so it may be an excavated item. This distortion creates a unique landscape. It may have been considered a failure at the time, but I believe this distortion is a beautiful landscape, allowing me to immerse myself in a sense of eternity. It has a unique flavor that is not found in completed items. Warped old Imari plates are mostly excavated items, and those that have survived because they were failures are considered rare treasures. If you understand this rare treasure of a failure, please consider purchasing it. It may be a plate that is of no use, but it has a strange feeling that soothes the human heart.
