I bought this about 5 years ago. I haven't played with it much, so there's no dirt, but: * I've confirmed that the sound works. * The small items are all shown in the photos. I know I've lost the heart cake decoration and the tray with the fish, but there might be other missing items. * Paper items like the cake takeout box have deteriorated. * I've applied stickers like "SALE." * The outer box is partially torn and deteriorated.
