I bought this about two years ago at a used clothing store for around 12,000 yen. I'm selling it now because I don't wear it anymore. It has a moderate remake加工 (remake processing) and is gray, so I think it can be used as an accent color for the currently popular darkwear or for A-line silhouette outfits.
