A green glazed mug made in the Limousin region of France in the 1950s. The region was known for its traditional production of red clay pottery, and these pieces are characterized by their handmade warmth. I was drawn to the slightly larger size, which allows for a generous serving of coffee or other beverages. There are no noticeable chips or cracks.
