VINTAGE SALON Black blouse purchased in Korea. There are originally some loose threads and rough stitching, but it's on the inside so it's not visible, and there's no problem wearing it! The neckline has subtle ruffles, and the back has a zipper. The cuffs are also gathered. The fabric isn't that thick, but it's a velvet material, so it's recommended for fall and winter. *There is no tag with washing instructions, etc. (from the time of purchase)* I've had no problems washing it with delicate wash! I think the size is free size. (I'm 158cm and 47kg, and it's quite roomy!)
