This is the original front carrier for a Louis Garneau TR2. It was attached to an old frame, but it's made of aluminum and has no rust, so I think it's still usable. (The fixing金具 are made of iron, so there is some rust.) It's a fixed type that attaches to V-brakes and the fork.
