The seat and pipe can originally be removed, but they are currently stuck, and although the seat and pipe rotate, they cannot be removed. It might come off with effort, but I don't have the energy, so I'll sell it to a drummer who can use it after removing it. The stand part has been polished with metal polish recently, so it's relatively clean. The photos are everything. There are no tears in the seat, and the rubber isn't significantly damaged.
