This is a cooking griddle in the shape of a round plate. This is the smaller diameter product. Because it is originally shaped like a plate, it can be heated over a campfire or the like and used as a piping hot plate. (It is also possible to finish steaks seared over charcoal on the table, but please be very careful of burns.) Like a regular plate, the rim is curved and raised, so there is no worry of oil spilling out. Customers who own our "Lock Pan SC," which is a lid for our Shera Cup, can also use this product as a lid for the Lock Pan SC, but please handle it with extreme care.
