There are no inner pockets, but it has a chain pouch and an outer pocket, which is very convenient. It also comes with a shoulder strap. 38 x 30 x 7 cm depth A4 documents and laptops fit with room to spare. It seems like it would be suitable for a one-night trip. It's old, but I think the condition is pretty good.
