This is a size M pelvic belt that provides firm support for the postpartum pelvis. It lifts from the buttocks, and even though I was pregnant with twins, it held firmly and was easy to put on, so it was very useful. You can tighten it further with an additional support belt after fastening the main belt, which provides peace of mind. I tore the top of the box when opening it, but the product itself is clean.
