This is a LIP Mach 2000. The original strap is a mesh belt. It was working until recently, but the battery is now dead. I haven't worn it much, so there are no paint chips (visually, in my subjective opinion). I am a non-smoker and do not have any pets, so I don't think it has any strange odors.
