This is a 3.5cm diameter macaron pouch made with Liberty fabric and adorned with Swarovski crystals. It can hold about three 500-yen coins, and can also be used as a pill case by removing the strap. The inside is quilted to make it soft, protecting small accessories from scratches. I made this with care, but it's handmade by an amateur. There may be imperfections, but I hope you will enjoy using it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the handmade nature of the item.
