I bought size 24cm, but they are labeled as L size, and I can wear them even though I usually wear 24.5cm, and there's a little extra room. There is some dirt on the soles and undersides, and some of the studs are coming off. The insoles came off when I washed them, but it won't be a problem if you put in commercially available insoles.
