Brand new with tags. I kept it in storage after purchasing it without wearing it. I think it will be useful in the coming chilly season. It's reversible. Both sides are very cute, and I think it would be great to wear this to Disneyland. The check pattern peeks out when you fold up the cuffs, which is cute. The color is navy.
