This item was imported from a shop in France. The color scheme and design are charmingly French. The contents and instructions are written in French, but there are photos, so you should be able to understand most of it. It was originally sold as a kit, but this listing is for the chart only. I believe this is a rare item that is difficult to obtain nowadays.
