I purchased it new in May of this year, but I haven't used it much because I have other watches. There are no noticeable scratches (please judge from the photos before purchasing). It comes with the box and instruction manual. Please note: It has a Tough Solar function, but it is not a radio-controlled watch. You will need to adjust the time yourself. Please consider this before purchasing.
