Tapering has been done, likely at the time of manufacture (see photo 7). There is also a sewing puncture in the fly, which has been secured with fabric adhesive to prevent it from spreading (next to the 5th front button, see photo 8. It shouldn't be noticeable when the front buttons are fastened.) Otherwise, I don't think there are any noticeable damages or stains.
