This is an INCOTEX skirt. It's a knee-length, tight skirt with a slit in the back. It's unworn with the tags still attached, as shown in the second photo. The color is a slightly glossy navy. The photos are difficult, but the 4th and 5th photos are closest to the color in natural light. I don't see any obvious scratches or stains, but it's been stored at home by a private individual, although it's unused. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
