This is an INCOTEX skirt. It's a knee-length, tight skirt with a slit in the back. It has never been worn, so the thread is still attached as shown in the second photo. The color is a slightly glossy navy. The photos are difficult, but the 4th and 5th photos are closest to the color in natural light. I don't see any obvious scratches or stains, but it's unworn and has been stored at home by a private individual. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
