This is a jacket from CIAOPANIC TYPY. The hem used to have a drawstring, but the elastic stretched out and became unusable, so I cut it off. The ends of the elastic that were sewn in are still inside. The sixth photo shows the holes where the drawstring used to be. I don't think there are any stains, but this is a personal inspection, so there may be oversights. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
