This is a "jiarei-kei" (mine-type) dress. I used it as a jumper skirt. It has zippers in the front and back. I bought it several years ago and wore it a few times, then stored it at home. There are no noticeable scratches or stains. For reference, the skirt length was quite short on me, and I am 155cm tall.
