I used it twice for walks on rainy days and have been storing it. There are snap buttons near the arms as well. [Arm Covers] I purchased these at Nishimatsuya. I discarded the tags, but I missed the opportunity to use them and have been storing them unused. They can prevent the sleeves of clothes from getting dirty during meals, drawing, sand play, etc. These are also for ages 2-3, and can be used as long as the arms fit.
