These are women's adult-sized kote (protective gloves for kendo) purchased from Hirano Budogu in Kita-ku, Tokyo. A name was written on them, but it's especially faded on the right hand. They are soft because they were used regularly. Tape is wrapped around the ends of the strings to prevent fraying. There isn't much of a smell. The total length of the kote is approximately 27cm.
