This is a bag for an Okinawan sanshin. The material is 100% wool. It has firmness and thickness. It has a woven pattern of navy and gray. It was made from unused fabric. The opening is wider than commercially available ones, so I think it's easy to put the sanshin in. As shown in the last image, covering the tenjin (headstock) like a hood seems to allow for storage without it sticking out. The edges of the fabric are finished with a serger. Approximately 89 x 31 cm when laid flat. This is a handmade item made by an amateur as a hobby, so thank you for your understanding.
