It's based on the M-51 type, adopted by the US Army ground troops in the 1950s as a cold-weather coat, featuring a built-in hood and shoulder epaulettes. The fabric is an original twill cloth woven from pre-dyed 100-count two-ply Suvin cotton and 210d nylon at high density, with a water-repellent finish. The strong washing process makes the already supple Suvin cotton even softer and smoother. You can enjoy a matte texture from the start, as if it's been worn for many years. It has an oversized silhouette with plenty of room in both the length and width.
