I purchased this about three years ago and have only used it about five times. I think it's relatively clean. *Please note that this is a personal inspection. There's a little bit of dust or clothing fibers stuck to the Velcro. I will remove them as much as possible before shipping. *The Velcro functions properly. There is no fading, stains, or tears. Instruction manual included. There is no box, so it will be shipped in simple packaging. No pets, no smoking. Thank you.
