This is a mini-amp from the 70s, commonly known as the "Ishi Nan Desu" mini-amp. It uses genuine amp fabric and a speaker grille. The screws, etc. have been polished. Being an old item, there may be some crackling. Batteries cannot be used. It seems to have been made with considerable care for a mini-amp. A stone logo Stratocaster-shaped keychain (rare) is also included. It can actually be used, but it's also great for display.
