This is a harness that connects adults and children. It's flexible and allows children to move to some extent, so I used it until my child was 3 years old. I used it once at home and twice outside. It shows signs of use, but it is still usable. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. Also, I will fold it up small when sending it.
