This is a wooden vintage slipper rack from Nichihan, in brown. It has some minor scratches, but overall it's shiny and in good condition. There is rust on the screws. There is no damage that would interfere with use, but it is a used item inspected by an amateur. There may be overlooked minor damage besides what is shown in the photos.
