This is a Jet Tone custom model 3B. It's not as clear as a Perdue, but it's a so-called double-cup mouthpiece. It's shallow, but the first cup is sufficiently scooped out, allowing you to play without your lips stopping vibrating, even if they are thick. It has some signs of use, but it's generally in good condition for a used item.
