This is an Ergobaby baby carrier. I'm not sure if it's the Cool Air type, but it's mesh. It can be used in 4 ways: facing-in, facing-out, hip carry, and back carry. The facing-out option was a real lifesaver. There is no box. Only the carrier itself and the waist belt to secure the baby. I bought it from the official store for about 30,000 yen. There are stains or fading around the neck and shoulders, as shown in the photos (last two photos). It's not too worn out. I think the rest of it is in pretty good condition.
