Chiyo Kanoko Komon Kimono, adds a touch of glamour. This is a komon kimono that my mother had made. It has never been worn and has been stored in a chest of drawers at home with the basting threads still attached. It is made of silk and can be worn with a matching obi, which I think is very convenient. The obi has a golden luster and is lovely. The lustrous silk Chiyo Kanoko looks comfortable to wear, so I would love for you to wear it, but how about using it for kimono dressing practice or for remaking? Since it is unused, it has not been cleaned. Also, it has been stored with mothballs to prevent insect damage.
