This is the Gadgetable WR, a high-water-repellent model from Ace's Gadgetable series of business bags. It's a 3-way bag that can be used as a backpack, carried by hand, or worn over the shoulder with the included strap. There are some tears in the surface material of the zippers and shoulder strap, but this does not affect its usability. Also, the right-side Velcro strap in the PC compartment (see photo 7) has been cut off. It has primarily been used as a backpack, with the shoulder strap only used a few times. The backpack will be placed in a transparent bag and shipped in a cardboard box.
