These are colored pencils with 36 colors. I bought them in the UK in 2018. They are made in China. The price at the time was 9 pounds (approximately 1327 yen). Now they would cost about 1900 yen. Some of the colored pencils are unused, and some have been used a few times. I think they are in good condition.
