I wore them outside for a few hours, so there is some dirt on the soles, but otherwise, they are almost like new with no other scratches. I usually wear a size 24.5, but these are a roomy fit, so even the M size has a little extra space in the heel. The insoles have been used, and the included ribbon is unused and still in its bag.
