This product recreates the EF81 locomotive painted in the Hokutosei color scheme for pulling the sleeper limited express "Hokutosei." The vehicle body is in very clean condition. It runs without any problems, and slow starts and slow running are possible. The headlights also light up without any issues. Only the number plates and manufacturer's plates have been attached.
