The fabric feels similar to the third photo, but please note there are some minor frays (see the fourth photo). There's also a faint stain around the left knee (see the fifth photo). I don't think either is very noticeable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. A petticoat will also be included. If you have any questions, please comment before purchasing.
