I wore this once after purchasing and have kept it in storage. Baby hakama, 70cm. The sides and inseam all open with snaps, making it easy to put on. I only wore it for a few hours, so I don't see any stains, but it has been stored at home for a long time, so there are some fold wrinkles and fraying at the tips of the ribbons. Please consider this item, understanding that it is a used item inspected by a private individual.
