This is a long tiered dress from ne Quittez pas. The waist can be cinched with the fabric ties on both sides. It's a patterned dress, so it's a little hard to see, but the skirt is tiered. It's a lovely dress that uses a lot of fabric. It has French sleeves that provide moderate coverage for the upper arms. It's lined and doesn't have pockets. I bought it new at a store about 3 years ago. I loved wearing it when I first bought it, but I haven't worn it much lately, so I'm selling it while it's still in good condition.
