I wore this several times during the late stages of my pregnancy. I chose a size L so it would fit even as my belly grew, and it worked well. The length is also long enough, so even if I lean forward to reach something far away, the garment maintains its shape. A negative point is that the fabric is thick, so it might be hot in the summer. On the other hand, it's warm in the winter, and it has pockets, making it perfect as an office uniform. The fabric has a lining and is not see-through.
