This is a monotone dress from Catherine Cottage. I wore it twice for recitals and weddings. It's simple, but the stand-up collar, puff sleeves, and lace make it look very elegant and lovely. There's a ribbon tie at the back. The entire dress is lined. The material is sturdy cotton. Wearing a petticoat will make the skirt fuller. The tag says 140cm, but I wore it below the knee when my child was wearing 120cm size in second grade. The length is about 73cm, measured from the base of the collar. It seems suitable for children who wear 120cm or 130cm sizes. There are no stains or damage, and it seems like it can still be used.
